4. The operator is the administrator of your personal data regarding voluntarily provided data on the Website.
5. The service uses personal data for the following purposes:
   • Managing newsletters
   • Handling inquiries through forms
   • Presentation of offers or information
6. The service implements functions of collecting information about users and their behavior in the following way:
   1. By voluntarily entered data in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
   2. By storing cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

1. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator possessing the key can read it. This protects data in case of theft of the database from the server.
2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
3. The service uses two-factor authentication, which is an additional form of protection for logging into the Service.
4. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
5. For data protection, the Operator regularly backs up data.
6. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components.

3. Hosting

1. The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s server: zenbox.pl

4. Your rights and additional information on data usage

1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
   • operators of online chat solutions
   • authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the site’s operation
   • companies providing marketing services on behalf of the Administrator
2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored for longer than is necessary to perform activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). In the case of marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
   • access to your personal data,
   • their correction,
   • deletion,
   • processing restrictions,
   • and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3 c) in relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating, or defending claims.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the provision of the Service.
7. Actions may be taken against you consisting of automated decision-making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that they are not sent outside the European Union territory.

5. Information in forms

1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
2. The service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
3. The service, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the user’s email address filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url address of the page containing the form.
4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to perform the service request handling process or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form in a readable way informs what it is used for.

6. Administrator’s logs

1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the service.

7. Important marketing techniques

1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing for tailoring advertising messages to user behavior on the site, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is used to track them, but in practice, no personal data is transmitted from the Operator to the advertisers. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
3. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to be aware that a specific person registered there is using the Service. This is based on data for which it is an administrator itself; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
4. The Operator uses a solution that allows for analyzing user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before it is transmitted to the service operator so that he does not know which physical person it concerns. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not subject to recording.
5. The Operator uses a solution automating the operation of the Service in relation to users, e.g., it can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

8. Information about cookies

1. The service uses cookies.
2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the user’s end device and are intended for using the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and obtaining access to them is the Service operator.

   1. maintaining the user’s session on the Service (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the Service;
